For the ISTD brief, Books Still, I created a book based on Christopher Booker's Seven Basic Plots, focusing on the Tragedy themed  plot.

 

I wanted to capture the calamity of a tragedy in this but also display the type in a very readable manner, so I created varying spreads to communicate the different aspects of Booker's writing. The two spread were not only laid out in different ways but they were also printed on differently coated papers.
